The Behavioral Wellness Group, a respected and independent private practice in Lake County, Ohio, is excited to announce a search for behavioral health providers to join our team. We are looking for independently licensed Psychologists (Ph. D., Psy. D.), Clinical Counselors (LPC – LPCC), Social Workers (LISW), and Marriage and Family Therapists (IMFT).

Our practice offers flexibility in clientele, as our staff works with adults, adolescents, and young children for individual, couples, family, intensive group, and online therapy, as well as psychological testing and medication management. We are seeking innovative team players who thrive in a comfortable, professional atmosphere that encourages growth. We have full-time and part-time positions available with in-office, virtual, or hybrid models, and offer flexible scheduling including day, evening, and weekend appointments.

The Behavioral Wellness Group offers a competitive percentage of collections, a personal profile on our website, aggressive online marketing, electronic scheduling and billing programs, and knowledgeable support staff. We are a free-standing, private mental health practice, and our programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

We are particularly interested in clinicians who prefer to work with children and adolescents, as well as those who prefer to see couples and families. While we are currently working remotely due to COVID, we anticipate transitioning back to in-office sessions in the future. We are currently accepting applications for both remote and in-person positions.

The positions are full-time, part-time, or contract, with an annual full-time pay range of $60,000.00 - $90,000.00. A Master's degree and a valid license/certification (LISW, LPCC, IMFT, or equivalent) are preferred. The primary work location is Mentor, OH.
