- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families using appropriate therapeutic modalities
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
- Participate in supervision, case consultation, or team meetings (depending on practice setting)
- Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and ethical standards
- Active Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license in Maryland
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to engage clients across diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in documentation and use of electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong ethical standards, professional demeanor, and commitment to confidentiality
