Time 2 Grow ABA is looking for effective ABA clinicians who have a passion for working with toddlers and young children, who want to be inspired at work while also making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Continue receiving professional supervision and gain fieldwork hours towards advanced certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Clinical Case Managers
Our Clinical Case Managers work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to support intensive behavior-based interventions for families with young children with Autism and other developmental disabilities or delays. Case Managers provide ongoing and individualized ABA services, including direct instruction, parent training and guided practice, as well as case management and program supervision. Case Managers review and collaborate on assessment and progress reports, lead team meetings with families and therapists, and answer questions about program goals and ABA methodologies. Initial and ongoing training is provided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts who have 20+ years of professional experience in Early Intervention.
ABA Services
Time 2 Grow ABA is committed to providing sensitive play based early intervention ABA services. Our Early Intervention clinicians implement intensive behavior-based teaching programs to support communication, socialization, and play skills for young children with developmental delays, in their natural environments - their homes and daycares/preschools. Early Intervention ABA clinicians keep up with the pace of young children while implementing instruction in a playful and child friendly manner. A love of puzzles, picture books, toy cars, and stickers is a must!!
Case Manager ENTRY LEVEL Requirements
- Driver's License WITH Insurance
- Pass Background Check
- College level writing and reading
- RBT/BCAT Certification
- Enrollment in a Master's Degree Program in ABA
- Min 1 year full time experience as an in-home ABA Therapist AND
- Min 1 year experience in Early Intervention/Early Childhood Education
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follows program schedules and displays organizational skills in submitting documents thoroughly and on time.
- Collaborates with all team members (therapists, directors, teachers, and families) in a respectful and positive way, giving encouragement when appropriate.
- Participates in family training sessions with the BCBA, documents progress with family goals, and follows up with additional training.
- Reviews program updates, tracking program data entry and graphs for that week, updates session data sheets, alerting the BCBA supervisors of any challenges.
- Provides feedback to ABA therapists, identifying specific areas of needed support and ideas for growth.
- Assists BCBA supervisors with any assessments, documenting behavioral observations, in addition to completing assessment tools (Vineland, BDI, ESDM, DAYC).
- Accepts feedback and training professionally.
