- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service to make our clients feel welcomed and appreciated
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for clients
- Coordinate and communicate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services
- Assist with client education by providing information on pet care, veterinary procedures, and medication administration
- Remain calm in stressful and emotional situations while confidently interacting with clients in person and on the phone.
- Maintain accurate client records and update client information as necessary
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with clients

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year's recent experience in a medical environment (preferably a veterinary facility) with increasing responsibilities. An equivalent combination of education and experience that is determined to be directly related to the specific requirements may be substituted.
- Knowledge of general office practices and procedures, and receptionist experience
- Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy, use a multiple-line telephone system; handle cash and other forms of payment, and interact closely with clients and patients on a daily basis.
