Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Fellowship Role) – Private Practice Incubator & Coworking Pilot

Program Type: Flexible office space to operate Private Practice out of Shared Workspace along with a 6-month Incubator Fellowship | Cohort-based | In-person with optional hybrid elements.

Are you a licensed mental health counselor ready to step into private practice—but craving guidance, community, and a space to actually thrive?

The Central Florida Counseling Collective (CFCC) is launching a first-of-its-kind pilot: an Impact-Driven Counseling Incubator paired with access to a therapist-only coworking space. This is not just office space. It’s not just business coaching. It’s a transformational launchpad built by counselors, for counselors.

We’re currently recruiting licensed professionals (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our inaugural Fellowship Cohort, housed at our flagship coworking space in Orlando.

What You’ll Experience

The Impact-Driven Incubator (Weeks 1–16):

• Business launch roadmap: branding, niche clarity, client attraction, systems and strategy

• Private practice identity development: aligned, ethical, and authentic

• Weekly cohort meetings and expert coaching

• Real-time accountability and peer support

• Introductions to mission-aligned referral networks and community partners

Phase 2: Leadership & Impact (Weeks 17–24):

• Community Care Initiative (CFCC’s equity-driven mental health access model)

• Advanced growth strategy and scaling

• Introduction to corporate wellness, grant partnerships, and leadership identity

• Design of your long-term Impact Plan

• Optional participation in CFCC’s public referral network and Leadership Circle

Ideal Candidates

We’re looking for licensed clinicians who are:

• Eager to launch or relaunch a thriving, values-aligned private practice

• Passionate about mental health access, burnout prevention, and community care

• Excited to learn, lead, and grow alongside a mission-driven cohort

• Interested in shaping the future of how therapy is practiced and accessed in Central Florida

Eligibility

• Must be a fully licensed mental health professional in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)

• Willing to commit to the full 6-month program (flexible summer scheduling available)

• Preferably seeing clients or ready to begin within 60 - 90 days

• Strong alignment with CFCC’s values of integrity, sustainability, and collective impact
