We are looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team and provide support to individuals with special needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behavior plans, providing positive reinforcement, and assisting with daily living activities. The ideal candidate should have experience working with individuals with special needs, a strong understanding of behavior principles, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Observe and document client behavior.
- Collect data on client behavior and progress.
- Provide positive reinforcement to clients.
- Train clients in appropriate behaviors.
- Develop and implement strategies to address challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the field of behavior analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
