We are looking for skilled and committed Staff Development Coordinator

Position Summary:

• Welcome new admissions and ensure a comfortable transition into community.
• Ability to work with family members and conduct tours with a focus on closing.
• Follow up with needs of new residents aclimating to facility.
• Work with IDT to communicate and follow up with concerns.
• Present with a friendly and welcoming manner to residents and family members.

Qualifications:

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred.
• Active CNA license - in good standing.
• Ability to work with family members and conduct tours with a focus on closing.
• Computer experience using a marketing information system.
• Professional appearance.
• Enthusiastic, motivated attitude.
• Experience with Medicare and Medcaid guidelines preferred.
• Knowledge of managed care industry preferred.

Full Time, Monday - Friday : 11:00am-7:30pm.
