Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, AA degree (or must be in progress)
- Valid Drivers' license and car insurance (driving is required), CPR/first aid
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass Live Scan
- Must be computer literate, dependable, organized, very detail-oriented, and have flexible availability
- Drive a minimum of 30-45 miles from your location
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with all levels of staff, the general public and the people we support.
- Ability to work in the home, school and clinical settings
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Must have good leadership skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field experience a plus!
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, possess high energy
- Data collection each and every session, documentation all important details of session (Note)
- Follow a treatment plan that has been developed by the BCBA / clinical team.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure therapeutic recommendations are incorporated into the client’s program.
- Attend monthly mandatory training.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids with special needs/ developmental disabilities.
- Multiple positions available working any time from 8:00am-8:00 pm as per your availability.
- Timely, reliable, responsible and committed to long-term employment.
- Receive extensive training to provide behavior therapy/ Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) – to create lasting change for our kids and their families.
- Work with kids in their home environment/ Center/ school with a focus on activities they naturally do (play!)
- Receive support and supervision from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
All immunizations and transcripts are required to move forward with the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.60 per hour
