About Job

Purpose:

The Field Service Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer support by managing warranty service requests, resolving product or service issues, and ensuring timely, professional communication. This role maintains detailed records of customer interactions, handles inquiries with a positive and proactive approach, and contributes directly to customer satisfaction and loyalty through daily engagement and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, ensuring all communication is timely, clear, and courteous.
  • Assist customers with product or service issues, warranty requests, and policy information, aiming for one positive customer compliment per day.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and service cases.
  • Ensure all incoming service cases are reviewed, dispositioned, and communicated to the customer by end of business day.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by delivering consistent, helpful, and upbeat service while reinforcing customer appreciation.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • College courses or equivalent training and experience, a plus
  • Previous sales and/or customer service skills, a plus
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
