We're looking for a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to join our expanding team in San Bernardino/Riverside. This hybrid role blends clinical leadership with hands-on support and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of ABA care in the region.


Position Details

  • Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D)

  • Location: Hybrid - TelehealthIn-Person: Riverside, CA

  • Salary: $80,000 - $95,000/year (depending on experience)

What You'll Do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Mentor and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices


Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (required)

  • Experience: 2+ years developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders

  • Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and communication abilities

  • Preferred Traits: Passion for innovation, mentorship, and delivering impactful care
