We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a child with speech delays, aggressive behaviors, and a tendency to seek physical contact with strangers (e.g., hugging).

Location: Services will be split between Willingboro and Delran, NJ
Hours: 10 hours per week (flexible weekday scheduling)

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Manage and respond appropriately to aggressive behaviors
• Support communication and social skill development
• Redirect unsafe or inappropriate physical interactions
• Collect accurate data and document session progress

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB
• Experience with aggressive behaviors and communication delays
• Reliable transportation between service locations
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• College degree preferred
