LPC, LCSW, LP, or LMFT - Primary Therapist – Eating Disorders

Denver, CO | $75,000–$85,000/year

Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM | Signing Bonus + Relocation Support


We're hiring an LPC, LCSW, LP, or LMFT Primary Therapist to join our expert clinical team at a leading eating disorder treatment center that provides PHP and IOP services for adults and adolescents. This is a full-time, weekday role in a structured, supportive environment where your skills can make a meaningful impact.


What You'll Do as an LPC, LCSW, LP, or LMFT Primary Therapist:

  • Manage a small caseload (6–7 clients)
  • Provide individual therapy (2x/week), group therapy, and case management
  • Support therapeutic meals and milieu-based care
  • Complete assessments, treatment planning, and discharge coordination
  • Collaborate closely with referral sources and the clinical team


LPC, LCSW, LP, or LMFT Primary Therapist Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado license: LPC, LCSW, LP, or LMFT
  • Experience with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health
  • Strong clinical documentation, group facilitation, and communication skills
