As a BCBA, you will:

Conduct assessments and monitor clients using a hybrid or remote work model.
Create strategies to reach goals based on the client’s individual assessment.
Strategically modify the client’s environment to aid in behavioral changes.
Develop ABA treatment plans aligned with the client’s goals.
Train our team of Behavior Technicians to implement the client’s treatment plan and ensure proper documentation of notes and progress, as well as provide them with ongoing support and supervision.
Provide ongoing support and instruction to clients’ families.
Receive full training and support from our Quality Assurance Team

What We Are Looking For:You have a(n):

Current BCBA license.
New York state LBA (required)
Master’s Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
The ability to communicate effectively and clearly (written and oral communication).
Demonstrated ability to responsibly work with confidential information.
Ability to stay organized while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of working with children and/or adolescents on the autism spectrum and with developmental disabilities.
Have an ability to service clients in the Buffalo area and out of the Buffalo clinic (14226)
