About Job
- Conduct assessments and monitor clients using a hybrid or remote work model.
- Create strategies to reach goals based on the client’s individual assessment.
- Strategically modify the client’s environment to aid in behavioral changes.
- Develop ABA treatment plans aligned with the client’s goals.
- Train our team of Behavior Technicians to implement the client’s treatment plan and ensure proper documentation of notes and progress, as well as provide them with ongoing support and supervision.
- Provide ongoing support and instruction to clients’ families.
- Receive full training and support from our Quality Assurance Team
- Current BCBA license.
- New York state LBA (required)
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- The ability to communicate effectively and clearly (written and oral communication).
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly work with confidential information.
- Ability to stay organized while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of working with children and/or adolescents on the autism spectrum and with developmental disabilities.
- Have an ability to service clients in the Buffalo area and out of the Buffalo clinic (14226)
