Registered Mental Health Counselor/ MFT/ LCSW (Bilingual – English & Spanish)

Status: 1099 Contractor · Hybrid (Miami office + HIPAA-compliant telehealth)

Hours: ≈ 20 client hrs/week to start, scalable to full-time

Compensation: $30 – $35 per completed note (session + documentation)

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual psychotherapy (English & Spanish) from a trauma-informed, evidence-based perspective.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and co-create holistic treatment plans.
• Produce audit-ready SOAP/DAP notes within 24-48 hours of each session.
• Coordinate care with internal colleagues and external providers.
• Uphold HIPAA, Florida Board regulations, and the highest ethical standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy (CACREP-accredited or equivalent).
• Florida Registered Intern (MHC or MFT) or fully-licensed LMHC / LCSW / LMFT.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Active professional liability insurance by the start date.
• Comfort with EMR systems and telehealth platforms.

Nice-to-Have (not required):

• One or more years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Advanced trauma trainings (EMDR, IFS, ACT, somatic modalities).
• Familiarity with SimplePractice EMR.
• Experience leading psycho-educational groups or workshops.
