  • Customer Interaction: Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that customers rely on. Handle inquiries via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring a positive experience every time.
  • Service Coordination: You're the glue that holds it all together. Schedule and coordinate service appointments, making sure customers and technicians are on the same page.
  • Invoicing: Get those invoices out the door! Prepare and send clear, accurate invoices. Tackle any billing questions or concerns with finesse.
  • Issue Resolution: When problems pop up, you're the one to fix them. Address customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Follow-Up: Keep customers in the loop. Provide timely updates on service progress and follow up to ensure they're satisfied with the outcome.
  • Documentation: Stay organized! Record all interactions and service details in our system, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Customer Feedback: Feedback is gold. Gather it, analyze it, and share it with the team to improve our service.
  • Relationship Building: Make our customers feel like family. Be attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with service coordinators, technicians, and the rest of the team to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with large volumes of calls and customer complaints is preferred.
  • Experience with ammonia refrigeration parts and equipment strongly preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Vista Viewpoint a plus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
