So Cal Health Care Solutions operates behavioral health care facilities here in Orange County. Our locations are spread out from Anaheim, Lake Forest, and San Clemente. Our programs offer clients all level of care of substance use and mental health treatment services. This would include several in-patient residential detox locations and and out-patient program location.

We are currently hiring clinical staff to join our growing team to provide therapy and clinical group facilitation for our clients at our outpatient, Zoe Behavioral Health in Lake Forest, CA. We are looking for pre licensed and or licensed staff. Pre licensed can expect that we will provide supervision weekly as needed.

Pay will be determined at the time of hire and will be based off of experience and current going rates of pay.

Currently seeking someone for full time up to 40 hours / week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients struggling with addiction.
• Provide evidence-based behavioral therapy and addiction counseling to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and utilize motivational interviewing techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and crisis intervention when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices in addiction treatment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
