We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, skill-based programs, and behavior change programs while providing training and supervision to behavior technicians. Key Responsibilities (Other services may be required)
- Conduct skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, PDDBI, etc.) and functional behavior assessments.
- Develop and implement skill acquisition protocols focusing on communication, social skills, independence, and behavioral goals.
- Review and analyze data regularly to evaluate program outcomes and make data-driven updates.
- Provide training and ongoing support to behavior technicians implementing treatment protocols in home, school, and community settings.
- Deliver parental training to ensure consistency in treatment across environments.
- Comply with organizational, state, and federal regulations, including professional development, safety training, and confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with behavior technicians, other service providers (e.g., Speech and Occupational Therapists), and school staff to ensure consistent interventions across settings.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in accordance with BACB standards.
- Participate in team meetings and company-wide training sessions as required.
- Maintain certification and good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®) and adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
Schedule and Location
- Flexible schedule
- Applicants have the flexibility to choose their work style:
- 100% In-Person: Conduct therapy supervision at the patient’s home or school.
- 100% Telehealth: Provide services remotely via virtual platforms.
- Hybrid Model: Combine in-person and Telehealth sessions based on your preferences and client needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Preference for candidates with at least one year of supervision experience; however, we are open to hiring new BCBAs who demonstrate strong potential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $85.00/hour for Telehealth and $105.00/hour for in-person services.
- Up to $150 annually for Continuing Education credit reimbursement.
- BCBA Recertification fee reimbursement every two years.
