Your Role at Wired Behavior:

  • Work one-on-one with neurodivergent children in their homes to implement customized ABA therapy plan
  • Collect data with care and accuracy
  • Follow behavior plans created by our amazing BCBAs
  • Collaborate with families and team members with kindness and professionalism
  • Be part of monthly check-ins, team meetings, and a company that actually values your voice

What You Need:

  • A current RBT Certification through the BACB
  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred, especially psych/education related!)
  • Reliable transportation (services are provided in-home)
  • A playful, curious, and patient heart
  • Open communication, ethical standards, and a collaborative spirit

Hours & Compensation:

  • $19–$26/hour depending on experience
  • Weekday afternoon availability preferred (we love people who can commit to consistency!)
  • Paid team meetings and mileage reimbursements
  • Monthly attendance bonuses and yearly raises based on commitment and performance
