LICSW, LMHC works 40 hours per week, onsite, with flex hours
LICSW, LMHC leads operations of a home with 20 beds
LICSW, LMHC oversees 2 therapists and two case managers
LICSW, LMHC reports to collaborative Program Director
Residential House is staffed 24 hours a day with trained professionals
Program supports Medicaid patients working to step down to outpatient services
LICSW, LMHC ensures regulatory & organizational policies and procedures
LICSW, LMHC reports on key metrics such as occupancy, staff levels
Clinical Director participates in weekly meetings with Chief Medical Officer
Clinical Director meets with NPs, LPNs, Recovery Specialists, and Therapists
LICSW, LMHC oversees the admissions process

LICSW, LMHC, Clinical Director Requirements:

Master’s Degree
LICSW or LMHC License
MA Licensure
Ability to commute to Braintree, MA 02184
2+ years’ experience in co-occurring SUD / Mental Health
Ability to Supervise
Collaborative Leadership
On-Call one week per month

LICSW, LMHC, Clinical Director Salary:

$90,000 – $105,000
Retention Bonus @ 6 months 5K and generous increase at 1 year
