Successful applicants will instruct undergraduate or graduate level courses in at least one of the the following content areas:
- School Counseling and Counseling Psychology
- College Student Affairs and Higher Education
- Educational Psychology: Learning & Cognition and/or Human Development
- Gifted Education
- Special Education
- Educational Statistics, Measurement, and/or Evaluation
Courses will be offered in a range of modalities beyond traditional settings, including hybrid and online formats. Course appointments are in the New Brunswick area, as well as, hybrid/online format.
Doctorate Degree Preferred.
Applicants with other degrees from an accredited institution will be considered. Some prior teaching experience and/or work experience relevant to the areas listed above.

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
