Behavior Technician (Full-Time) – Yuba City Campus
Location: 8403 Bailey Road, Yuba City, CA 95993
Pay: $20–$24 per hour

Rising Star Sped Academy is a growing network of Non-Public Schools across California, serving students with autism and developmental disabilities through school district-funded placements. Unlike insurance-based ABA services, we offer full-day school hours with no client cancellations and a consistent, structured schedule. Our programs are BCBA-supervised and team-driven, focused on meaningful progress in communication, behavior, and independence.

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team at our brand-new Yuba City school campus. You’ll work 1:1 with students, implement behavior intervention plans, and receive ongoing training and supervision from certified BCBAs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
