Location: Wakefield, MA
Pay rate: $70k - $80k depending upon experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per weekBenefits of Working for us!

- Tuition reimbursement eligibility after 90 days of employment
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for adults with developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury, and autism spectrum disorder.
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans, ensuring they align with ethical standards, DDS, and MassHealth guidelines.
- Train and support staff and caregivers in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), and agency-wide behavioral strategies; collaborate with the Director of Clinical Support Services on group trainings.
- Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and modify plans as needed; participate in the development and review of Individual Service Plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those from DDS, DCF, MassHealth, CARF, OQE, and Communitas policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, attend team meetings, and maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA and security protocols.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Analysis, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Arts, Science, Education, or related field
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with an Intellectual Disability, Developmental Disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder
- A passion and dedication to supporting our people is a must
- Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must pass company background and reference checks
