Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to adult outpatients
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs
Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality policies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Qualifications & Skills

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution (Required)
Alabama LICSW licensure or eligibility within six months (Required)
Previous psychotherapy experience (Preferred)
Strong adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Exceptional empathy and communication skills
