About Job
The Service Coordinator will perform customer service and administrative functions that support the efficient operation of a service office.
Responsibilities
Work with Technician Supervisor and/or Operations, Service Center or District Manager in scheduling and dispatching of Technicians for job (startups/repairs, warranty, maintenance)
Provides assistance to students, parents, teachers, administrators and visitors. Disseminates and maintains office supplies and materials
Handle client inquiries and route questions of technical nature to the appropriate resource
Track time and attendance for Technicians
Coordinate job startups and maintain communication with client regarding scheduling for the startup and follow up on jobs in progress/completed
Invoice and bill client
Organize and coordinates inventory process
Maintains filing and office equipment (copier, phone, fax, etc.) for office
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must have High School Diploma or GED
1 - 3 years experience
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, multi task and customer service skills
