Behaviorbee ABA Services is dedicated to providing high-quality scientific and individualized ABA therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. As a BCaBA, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide support to clients and their families. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the field while making a meaningful difference.

Job Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as-needed
- Conduct functional assessments and gather data
- Collaborate with BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers
- Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
- Assist behavior analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming
- Provide clinical direction to technicians, as-needed
- Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
- Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
- Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
- Complete other tasks as assigned by BCBA supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, Special Education or related field
- Current BCaBA certification or scheduled to sit for the BCaBA exam in the next two months
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with children and families
