```Duties```
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to patients, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the patient's care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and reports

```Experience```
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing behavioral therapy services
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
- Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records management
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
