We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, particularly for individuals with disabilities and those experiencing PTSD. This role involves working collaboratively with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions. The LCSW will play a crucial role in supporting clients through crisis management and facilitating their journey towards improved mental health.

Must have CANS and ANSA certificates and wraparound training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and social needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
  • Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients in their treatment.
  • Implement crisis management strategies to support clients in acute distress.
  • Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within various systems, including healthcare and social services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles is a plus.
  • Strong skills in patient care, crisis management, and data collection.
  • Familiarity with PTSD care practices and interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
