Position Overview:
We’re seeking passionate and motivated Behavior Technicians to join our innovative team. In this role, you’ll implement evidence-based interventions tailored for teenagers, work closely with parents and schools, and develop skills in non-traditional ABA. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organization that values creativity and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work 1:1 with clients to implement customized behavior intervention plans.
  • Support clients in school environments, fostering classroom engagement and improved behaviors.
  • Provide parent and teacher training under the supervision of a BCBA using Cielo’s unique curriculum.
  • Maintain detailed session notes and collect data to monitor progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices for non-traditional ABA approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in behavior support or working with children/teens.

  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between schools and client homes.
  • A strong commitment to improving the lives of clients and their families.
