Our brand-new Watertown outpatient clinic opens August 2025 , featuring the latest in mental health care—including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), psychiatric medication management, and comprehensive outpatient therapy. We’re seeking an experienced, licensed clinician to step into a Clinical Director role and help build a supportive, innovative team.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, train, and mentor licensed therapists and clinical staff
• Provide clinical supervision and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality, compliant care
• Engage with the Watertown community to promote mental health awareness
• Optional: Maintain a small therapy caseload (8-10 clients/week) if desired

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LICSW or LMHC in Massachusetts (required)
• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Experience supervising, mentoring, or managing clinicians
• Outpatient mental health experience and strong clinical knowledge
