We are currently hiring for several Behavioral Health Clinicians in Los Angeles, 90006!



Location: Los Angeles, CA 9000

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 P

Pay Range: $30-34/hr BO


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Psychiatric Social Worker to join a non-profit organization providing field-based care to adults (ages 18-64) with moderate to severe mental health conditions. This role requires a dedicated, compassionate professional comfortable working in community settings, including homes, transitional housing, and other field location


Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 therapy and clinical social work services under the supervision of medical staff.

Complete social service assessments within 48 hours of client admission.

Maintain a caseload of 20-25 clients, providing support in various community settings.

Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including Case Managers and Psychiatrists.

Provide crisis intervention as needed.

Document progress notes in the client's medical record regularly, with a summary upon treatment completion.

Ensure all service documentation is completed within 72 hours after dischar


Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work (SW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Psychology, or a related field.

BBS Registration (ASW, AMFT, or APCC).

Experience working with moderate to severe mental health cases in community-based settings.

Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to provide care in diverse environments.

Spanish bilingual highly preferred but not required.
