Job Title: Hospital Social Worker (LCSW) - Acute Care Evening Shift
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Duration: 8 weeks
Rate: $2200 weekly
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Social Worker (LCSW) to support patients and families in a high-acuity hospital setting. The ideal candidate will provide emotional, psychological, and resource-driven support during the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver crisis counseling and psychosocial evaluations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient-centered care plans
• Assist in discharge planning and referrals to community services
• Advocate for patient welfare and regulatory compliance
• Document assessments and progress in the EMR system

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hospital-based LCSW experience
• Active GA LCSW license
• AHA BLS certification
• Acute care experience strongly preferred
