We’re currently hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) for our center-based ABA therapy program in Malverne, NY. This role is ideal for students, caregivers, or professionals seeking to make a positive impact during after-school hours (4–6 PM on weekdays) and weekends.

As a BT, you’ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum in a supportive, high-quality clinical setting. Whether you're just starting your ABA journey or already certified as an RBT, this is a rewarding opportunity to grow and give back.

Schedule:

• Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Weekends: Flexible daytime shifts available

• Location: Achievement Behavior Services Center – Malverne, NY

What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans created by a BCBA

• Support skill development in communication, behavior, and socialization

• Collect data and report on session progress

• Collaborate with the clinical team and family members

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with children (special needs preferred)

• High energy, reliability, and professionalism

• RBT certification is a plus, but not required

• Must be available for consistent after-school and/or weekend shifts

• Must be willing to work in-person at our Malverne, NY center
