Patient Care Coordinator (Chiropractic Office)

MaxLiving Chiropractic – East Cherokee is opening in late July, and we’re looking for a passionate, purpose-driven Patient Care Coordinator to join our launch team. If you're energized by holistic health, crave meaningful work, and want to grow with a brand-new clinic from day one, this is your opportunity.

We’re not just another chiropractic office — we’re part of a movement to transform how families view and manage their health. We care for a lot of families, kids, and expecting moms, helping them live healthier lives naturally through the 5 Essentials of MaxLiving. Our practice will grow into a high-volume, fast-paced office, so we need someone who can stay organized, focused, and upbeat even in a busy environment.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and guide patients with warmth and professionalism — including lots of children and families
Coordinate care by managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups
Communicate our health mission and patient care systems clearly
Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records
Participate in community outreach events and in-office workshops
Support patients through their care journey with education, accountability, and inspiration

Who You Are:

A positive, no-drama team player
A self-motivated go-getter with strong follow-through
Organized, dependable, and punctual (always early, never late)
Passionate about health and wellness, especially family care
Comfortable with computers (Excel, Google Drive, Canva a plus)
Willing to grow personally and professionally — not just punch a clock
Experienced in customer service or admin roles (preferred but not required)
Able to work in a busy, high-energy environment without getting flustered

Required Availability (Non-Negotiable):

Mon: 7:30am–12:00pm, 2:00pm–6:45pm
Tues: 9:30am–3:00pm
Wed: 7:30am–12:00pm, 2:00pm–7:30pm
Thurs: 2:00pm–6:45pm
Fri: 7:30am–1:00pm
Workshops: 1–2 evenings/month until approx. 8:00pm
Travel: Occasional weekend travel for growth & training seminars
