Are you in recovery from mental health or substance use challenges and passionate about helping others on their journey? We’re looking for a dedicated Peer Support Specialist to join our residential behavioral health team.

In this role, you'll use your personal lived experience to build trust, offer hope, and support residents in achieving their recovery goals. You’ll be a role model, mentor, and advocate—empowering others to take charge of their wellness.

What You’ll Bring:

• Personal experience with recovery and a desire to support others
• Peer Support Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Commitment to maintaining healthy boundaries and a recovery-oriented environment
