Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (RBT or BT) to join our supportive team and work one-on-one with individuals—primarily children—with autism and other developmental disabilities.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals by implementing personalized behavior support plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to create real change in a child’s life while growing your career in the field of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior management strategies as outlined in individualized treatment plans.
  • Assist in the collection of data related to behavioral interventions and progress.
  • Educate clients and their families about behavioral health and effective coping strategies.
  • Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment for individuals.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation of client progress and interventions.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy.

Qualifications

  • Experience or training in behavior management techniques is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation processes is a plus.
  • Background in behavioral therapy or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to educate clients and families on behavioral health topics.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration.
  • A passion for assisting individuals in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.
