As a Psychologist Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence with diverse client populations while fostering professional growth and development among our staff and within our APA Accredited Doctoral Internship Program. In addition, you will:

Lead in the communication of the agency’s objectives and policies to staff and schedule and lead regular staff meetings and group supervision.
Monitor productivity of staff and work with clinical staff to optimize time management to maintain high levels of work productivity.
Supervise standard operating procedures, routines, and clinical practices for successful organized operation.
Provide intervention/treatment; conduct individual, family, and group therapeutic services within the scope of practice; provides competent services in accordance with the agency’s established standard of care.
Assure that the quality of clinical services provided by supervisees is maintained through individual and group supervision; documentation of supervisory contacts in compliance with agency/regulatory requirements.
Provide education and constructive feedback to direct supervisees regarding clinical skills and completion of administrative tasks.
Appropriately maintain communication and positive relationships with academic institutions with whom direct supervisees are enrolled with.

Minimum qualifications/requirements:

Active License in State of Ohio: Psychologist
Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
