- Meet with children at least twice a month for safety assessments and case planning
- Collaborate with foster parents, teachers, attorneys, and healthcare providers
- Refer and connect clients to vital services like medical care, legal aid, and life-skills programs
- Maintain court-ready documentation and advocate across systems
- Support youth toward independence and adulthood
Qualifications

- Spanish Speaking required
- Experience in child welfare or foster care
- Strong skills in documentation, teamwork, and trauma-informed care
- Cultural competence and deep compassion
- Willingness to work in the field and participate in an on-call rotation
