About Job
Under the direction of the Director of Special Education, or an assigned administrator, oversees the administrative and clinical supervision of Board Certified Behavior positions (i.e., Registered Behavior Technicians). Ensures relevant State and Federal regulations are followed in regard to the supervision, maintenance of requirements, and management of subordinates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, sociology, psychology or a closely related field AND three (3) years of experience working in a behavior or autism specialist capacity AND one year of supervisory experience, or an additional two years of experience working in a behavior or autism specialist capacity. Valid California driver’s license. Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA).
