Contract Length: TBD
Shifts: 8-hour shifts for a balanced work-life schedule
Pay Rate: Earn up to $40 per hour for all taxable hours

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
• Minimum of 1–2 years MDS/RNAC experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of PDPM, OBRA regulations, and CMS guidelines.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certification as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) through AANAC is a plus but not required.
