We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Marriage and family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. Duties

- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients in their journey towards recovery.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and protect client information.
- Offer mental health counseling for a diverse range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Skills
- Proficiency in Individual Therapy techniques and Group Therapy modalities.
- Strong understanding of motivational interviewing principles.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Expertise in mental health counseling practices and theories.
- Ability to implement effective behavior management strategies for individuals with autism.
- Skills in addiction counseling, providing support for those struggling with substance use disorders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
