Position Overview

Astoria Park Senior Living is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Community Liaison with sales experience to help grow our community and connect families with quality senior care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, enjoys helping others, and understands the value of personalized service in the senior living space.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and care agencies
• Conduct tours and guide families through the decision-making process
• Represent the community at events, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to meet occupancy goals
• Assist with community marketing efforts and engagement campaigns
• Educate families and professionals on the services offered

Qualifications

• Sales or marketing experience required (healthcare or senior living preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Passion for working with seniors and families navigating care choices
• Knowledge of the local healthcare network is a plus
