We are seeking a Workforce Planning Support (I/O Psychologist) with experience in skill gap analysis, current process review, and development of process re-engineering recommendations for implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Modeling and competency development
- Assessing the gap between current and desired employee competencies to identify skill needs
- Identifying opportunities for skills development, increasing skills, and succession planning
- Defining and articulating step-by-step operational processes
- Recommending process improvements for resource management and workforce utilization
- Performing additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience advising HCM experts, conducting organizational assessments related to personnel measurement, workforce planning, organization planning, recruitment, and staff development
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Masters degree required with 8-10 years of human capital experience
