Position Overview
We’re looking for full-time Mental Health Counselors of a variety of competencies (with a top priority of EMDR) that have approximately 15-20 hours/week of existing clients as well as 1099 Mental Health Counselors that may have less than the 15-20 hours per week of existing clients. We are looking for a variety of counseling skills including , IFS, DBT, ETF, and ACT. Full-time and 1099 team members will enjoy a variety of benefits including access to our EHR, phone system, office space, administrative assistance, scheduling, email, etc. Full time team member benefits will additionally include health insurance and approximately 5 weeks of paid time off per year. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and provide therapeutic support in a comfortable and supportive setting and/or virtually.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address clients’ mental health needs.
• In the case of full-time ... Maintain a “full-time” caseload of billable client hours per week.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and set therapeutic goals.
• Ensure accurate, confidential client record-keeping in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular supervision, professional development, and case consultations.
• Implement crisis management techniques and support clients in developing coping strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Florida licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) or registered intern.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Existing client base preferred.

Schedule

Fulltime- Monday through Friday

1099 - Flexible appointment scheduling at licensed therapists' discretion
