Clear Foundations is Hiring a Psychologist

Position: Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate

Full-Time (32 hours/week)

Are you passionate about psychological assessment and want to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, neuroaffirming practice? We’re looking for a psychologist to join our team and provide comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations, as well as therapy services, in a warm and supportive private practice setting.

Who We Are

Clear Foundations is a private practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina, offering comprehensive psychological assessments and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We use a strength-based, neuro-affirming approach to help clients better understand themselves and move forward with confidence and clarity.

What We’re Looking For

Doctorate (PsyD or PhD) or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology
Licensed (or license-eligible) in North Carolina as a Psychologist or Psychological Associate
Experience in psychological testing is preferred—on-the-job training is available if needed
Strong writing and clinical skills, with a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

What You’ll Do

Conduct clinical interviews and consult with professionals
Administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological assessments
Write integrated, detailed, and personalized reports with meaningful recommendations
Participate in team consultation and support a collaborative culture
Maintain compliance with NC Psychology Board standards, APA ethics, and HIPAA regulations
