About the Opportunity

The CAIT Institute is a physician-led MSO (Management Services Organization) created to empower clinicians to launch their own practices — without the administrative burden.

We’re seeking a California-licensed BCBA to become the founding clinical owner of a new ABA-focused Professional Corporation (PC). As the PC owner, you will run your own practice, retain full clinical autonomy, and receive comprehensive support from our MSO team.

This is not a salaried position.

This is your business.

Compensation is based on hours worked and the volume of clients served.

What We Provide:

• Your own ABA company (PC) — you are the owner
• MSO handles all backend operations, including:
• Marketing & referral generation
• Credentialing & insurance billing
• Payroll & compliance setup
• Office or mobile practice support
• RBT recruitment and onboarding

Ideal Candidate:

• Active California BCBA license
• Ready to operate your own clinical practice under an MSO-PC model
• Familiar with Regional Center or early intervention clients (preferred)
• Interested in leading a growing team of RBTs or therapists

Pay: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
