The Role: Behavior Technician

We’re looking for an energetic, flexible, and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our growing team! In this part-time, center-based role, you’ll work one-on-one with children—helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through engaging and individualized programming designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

• Teach and support children using fun, consistent, evidence-based methods
• Build confidence and independence in each learner
• Encourage self-advocacy, choice-making, and connection
• Track and celebrate progress every step of the way

No ABA experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship, and we’ll support you in earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential if you’re interested.
