We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others while working for a growing organization that is truly passionate about supporting its clients and its people.If this sounds like you, we would love to tell you more!About the Role:As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement behavior goals in the home setting for a 15 year old child. You will work closely with your supervisor (BCBA) to implement goals through remote and in-person supervision. You will take detailed notes throughout the session that your Clinical Supervisor will use to develop treatment plans for future sessions.Work Schedule:Monday to Thursday 4:30-8:00 pmCompensation:The pay is between $21.00 - $29.00/hour depending on experience, with a higher hourly rate for hours worked on the weekend.Position Requirements:
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
- At least 1-year experience working with children is highly preferred
- Experience working with children with challenging behavior is a plus
- Must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain RBT certification through our organization
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Competitive hourly rates ($21 - $29/hr based on experience)
