Job Title: Community Liaison Marketer - Provider Home Care
Status: Salary, Exempt
Salary: 45,000 -50,000/year plus Commission
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekends
Location: Upper and Lower Rio Grande Valley
The Community Liaison- Marketer holds a vital position within the agency, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining strong professional relationships with all referral sources. This role is essential in establishing and sustaining market awareness, community acceptance, and brand recognition of the agency. As the public representative of the organization, the Marketer is expected to present the agency’s services in a competent, professional, and responsive manner at all times.
Core responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain referral networks by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community partners, facilities, and other potential referral sources.
- Meet monthly referral targets, bringing in a minimum of ten (10) new clients per month.
- Promote the agency’s mission, values, and services to enhance visibility, reputation, and engagement within the community.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal agency policies and procedures.
- Actively recruit and facilitate the onboarding of new providers to ensure continuous, high-quality service delivery to clients in need of ongoing care.
· Agency Representation: Serve as a liaison between the agency and external stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.
· Reporting: Provide weekly service status updates on all clients in the region during scheduled regional meetings.
· Meeting Attendance: Attend all scheduled mandatory Marketing meetings unless prior arrangements are made with the Marketing Director.
· Supervision: Reports directly to the agency’s Marketing Director.
The Marketer plays a crucial role in expanding the agency’s reach and ensuring that clients have uninterrupted access to essential services through a reliable and responsive provider network.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a positive work relationship with clients, employees, and attendants.
- Generate new business from local referral sources to meet our company’s growth and revenue goals.
- Schedule and conduct appointments via face-to-face, phone, email, etc.
- Assist with finding and placing attendants with clients as needed.
- Conducts daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
- Assists with recruiting, selection, and orientation of members of the marketing team.
- Builds and monitors community, customer, and payer and patient perceptions of the agency as a high-quality provider of services.
- Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
- Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate agency personnel.
- Requires lifting and or moving boxes, tables, etc. for event purposes.
- Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of community resources and assists customers in accessing community resources should services not be provided by the agency.
- Marketing may include, but not limited to indoor and outdoor marketing.
- Responsible for bringing in a minimum of ten clients monthly.
- Participate in one Job Fair a month.
- Report all Issues and Concerns to your immediate supervisor.
- As a Marketer, traveling is required.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or any requirements set forth
- At least one-year experience in health care management, preferably in-home care/personal care operations.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
- Demonstrates good communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
- Demonstrates organization, assertiveness, flexibility and corporation in performing job responsibilities.
Conditions:
Be able to read, write and comprehend English and Spanish.
- Not have been employed as administrator within the last year, with another agency, in which the agency was cited for any violations of the state statute that resulted in any enforcement actions against agency.
- Not have been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor listed Chapter 99 (relating to Criminal Convictions Barring Facility Licensure).
