About Job
Do you enjoy making people feel genuinely welcome?
We're more than an oral surgery office — we're part of the community. Our patients are our neighbors, friends, and families, and we believe their experience starts the moment they walk through our door.
We're looking for someone who understands that how you greet someone, how you help them through a tough moment, and how you say goodbye can shape their entire visit.
What We're Looking For
Here's what we're hoping to find:
- You notice the little things. You remember someone's name, follow up after their visit, or catch when they seem a bit off and offer some reassurance.
- You take pride in doing things right. Whether it's double-checking the schedule or helping someone understand their insurance, you're thoughtful and thorough.
- You're calm when things get busy. When the phones are ringing and patients are checking in, you keep things running smoothly.
- You're kind, even on the tough days. A warm smile and a genuine tone go a long way — and you know how much it matters.
A Day in the Role
- Welcome patients and help them feel at home
- Coordinate the schedule and manage appointments
- Answer questions with patience and clarity
- Communicate with our clinical team to keep the day flowing
- Handle payments and insurance with accuracy
- Keep records organized and secure
Your Background
Experience in a dental or medical office is a plus — but it's not everything. What really matters is your character. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service — and you know how to take care of people — you'll do just fine.

Interested?
Send us your resume and tell us about a time you went out of your way to help someone. It could be anything — at work, at home, or in your neighborhood. We want to get a feel for who you are, not just where you've worked.
We personally review every application.
