The Cape Girardeau region has significant reach for its consumers and a labor force encompassing a 40-mile radius.QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARYThe Intake Worker/Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the process of receiving, scheduling and/or referring inquiry calls. Assists Admissions staff with coordinating assessments, initiating Intake paperwork and insurance information. Work with Receptionist to ensure smooth transition into the admission process.QUALIFICATIONSEducation: High school diploma required. Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Human-related field.Experience: Experience working in a hospital Intake department or business office preferred.Licensure: C.N.A. highly desirable.Additional Requirements: Successful completion of CPR, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-escalation.
